Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
Shipping to other countries is coming soon!
Where do you ship from?
Our warehouses are located in Vancouver, BC, Canada and Hangzhou, China. Your order will be fulfilled from either of these locations depending on where the specific products are warehoused.
When will I recieve my order?
We are typically able to process your order within 24 hours. Once your order has shipped, the delivery time will vary based on your location. Estimated shipping times are:
Canada: 7-12 business days
USA: 8-12 business days

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we provide the tracking details via a link in your shipping confirmation email.
You can also check the status of your order by clicking 'Track My Order' on our site or through your Bonfluff account.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We do our best to get your order ready to ship as fast as possible. Please email us at info@bonfluff.com right away if any changes need to be made. If we are able to catch your order before it ships, we will update it. If not, we offer quick and easy returns and exchanges.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Products must be clean and free of dog hair. All products are subject to inspection.
Please note that some items, such as our dog sofas and dog beds, come in compressed packaging. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges of these items once the packaging has been opened.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. All returns are subject to a return label shipping charge of $10 CAD which is deducted from the refund.
You can choose to return your product for store credit, or a refund to the original payment method.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Can I exchange my items?
Yes! You have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Products must be clean and free of dog hair. All products are subject to inspection.
Please contact info@bonfluff.com to request an exchange. We will provide a prepaid shipping label free of charge and shipping instructions.
We will send out your new item upon receipt and inspection of the original item.
When will I get my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be provided with either store credit or a refund on your original payment method, typically within 10 business days.
Please keep in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@bonfluff.com.
Which items cannot be returned or exchanged?
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
